“I worked with Mark on PCSA Our Hospital Project St Helier Jersey for 1 year . I found Mark to be experienced in design and specification required in the Hospital water systems and all other hard services FM/Construction. With his technical knowledge and communication skills in the meetings with the client and key stake holders were beneficial to the Hospital project. His proactive approach to any issues and problem solving helped with the design and future maintenance. It was a pleasure to work with Mark and he would be an asset to your business needs”.

King Edward VII Memorial Hospital - Falkland Islands Healthcare

Head of Engineering

“ His popularity was directly attributed to his pleasant approach and proactive professional attitude, this quickly established him a strong reputation within the senior levels of the civil service and this was not limited to Healthcare Services. Demonstrating technical skill undertaking physical work, often over extended periods outside of working hours, Mark continually displayed his managerial ability. This was notice ability strong in areas of compliance across the Engineering and facilities spectrum. He also trained staff in Healthcare Technical Memorandum related maintenance for all engineering systems and maintenance. He introduced new measures for water system asset management and was critical in preparing for an Authorizing Engineer audit and advancing our CAFM system for the foreseeable future. Mark Cole is an individual who transcends competence and induces confidence in those around him, his high levels of emotional intelligence and ability to succinctly explain technical issues to non-engineering staff; pitched at the right level has made him valuable within the Falkland Islands Health Service.

Jersey Our Hospital Project

HS&W Director OUR HOSPITAL PROJECT Jersey, UK & Irl

I worked closely with Mark on the Pre-Construction Service Agreement (PCSA) in St Helier Jersey

Where we had to assess all the H&S risks and adapt strategy, procedures and protocols for local and international standards required for a major Hospital project (MEP, Water distribution)

Marks broad knowledge and experience in design & specifications were on point and beneficial to the project especially around modern methods of construction (MMC)

In more recent times I have engaged with Mark for other projects within the UK at tender stage for input and clarity for large water distribution/storage projects.
